The Importance of Unwinding!
The Importance of Unwinding!

How do you unwind and when is the last time you did it? – Some people play golf. Some take walks. Others play chess. Some go fishing. Others have a glass of wine. What do you do to unwind? I go outside and shoot tricks shots. No that clip was not edited. #Haters lol

So why not just shoot regular shots? I think when I am having a stressful moment, day, or week (because I won’t let it go much longer than that), I choose to shoot trick shots to create a new challenge. Try it. It does not have to be trick shots, but do something different. Sometimes that takes a redirect. Create a new challenge, make it deliberate, and conquer it!! This gives you control when you feel like you have none. This gives you a triumph in the face of a temporary defeat.

This gives you the self-confidence you need which leads you to the strength to move on. And in that moment of satisfaction, TAKE ACTION! – BNB
